No. Nobody can guarantee that, because Google and AI tools decide what they show. First Mentioned Agents builds each site so Google and AI clearly understand who the agent is, what they do, where they do it and who they do it for. That gives the agent the best odds of being on the list AI recommends.
How fast does First Mentioned Agents build a site?
First Mentioned Agents launches each site within 5 days of receiving the agent’s completed intake form, including photos.
Who gets the leads?
The agent does. Every form fill and phone call goes straight to the agent. First Mentioned Agents charges no referral fee on any lead or closed sale.
Is there a contract?
No. Agents can cancel anytime. Most sites need a few weeks for Google to find and understand them, which is why the first two months are included in the $249 setup fee.
Do I need to write the content?
No. First Mentioned Agents writes every page from the agent’s intake form, which covers their areas, the clients they help most and how they work. Agents can add their own local knowledge or leave the research to First Mentioned Agents. Blog posts are optional; agents who want to post write them and First Mentioned Agents publishes them.
