First Mentioned Agents charges $249 to start, which covers the website build and the first two months. From month 3, agents pay $99, $198 or $297 a month, depending on how many areas they cover. There’s no contract.

The fine print, in plain words
- What’s an area? A neighborhood, community, town or lake inside your overall coverage area, like Uptown inside Dallas. Each area gets its own full set of pages.
- Why are the first two months included? A new site needs time for Google to find and understand it. Including them means you never pay monthly while that happens.
- Your price is locked. Prices for new agents may go up later. Yours won’t, for as long as you stay.
- No contract. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the month you’ve paid for. The setup fee isn’t refundable once the build starts.
- Changes after launch. Two rounds are free. Each round after that is $99. A round is one list of changes sent together.
- No referral fees. Every lead and every closing is yours.
- No guarantees we can’t keep. Nobody controls what Google or AI shows. We build your site to give you the best odds.
