Keith Mathias founded First Mentioned Agents. He’s a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Champions in the Tampa Bay area, and he still sells homes. Every site First Mentioned Agents builds uses the same system Keith uses for his own business.
Why I started this
I built my first sites for my own business in the Tampa Bay area. I built pages around exactly what sellers type into Google: sell my home in [my town], sell my home fast in [my town], best realtor in [my neighborhood].
The sites brought me seller leads. Then people started calling me after finding me through AI. Those calls turned into appointments, and some of them into closed sales.
So I started building the same sites for other agents. That’s First Mentioned Agents.
How I work with agents
- I’m an agent too. I know what a seller lead is worth, because I work them myself.
